Scorebooks

As an AWDF member club, we are pleased to issue scorebooks to your Malinois that will be recognized at all AWDF member clubs. This scorebook is also needed to enter the AWDF National Championship.

Because we realize that there are many Malinois that are not registered with an FCI recognized organization, and as a service to you, we have implemented a procedure by which you can have your dog listed as a Malinois in your dog's scorebook. Please refer to the non-FCI registered/nonregistered application below.

We can also issue scorebooks that list a dog's breed if there is no AWDF member club for that breed. If there is a breed club for your dog, we can issue a scorebook but it will say 'mix'. This is a policy that was adapted by the AWDF in 2009.

Scorebooks can be confusing due to policies within different organizations. We have compiled a FAQs page to help with some of this confusion. However, if you do not find the information that you need, we are here to help you get the right answers.

You may now pay for your scorebook via PayPal below. Due to the transaction cost of using Paypal, an additional charge of $0.75 will be added to your scorebook. This additional fee is NOT required if you are paying via check, it is only for members who are paying via Paypal.

Scorebooks that need to be RUSHED within 2 weeks of receipt by the scorebook chair will require a $50.00 fee to be processed. Please be sure to indicate on the OUTSIDE of the envelope and contact the sciorebook chair to be sure the paperwork is in order. Make sure you allow at least two weeks for processing and mailing and if your trial is approaching and you have not received your scorebook, be sure to check with Terry Miller regarding its status.
