AWDF Championship entries

The deadline for entries to the AWDF Championship is rapidly approaching. You will need your membership number to enter, so if you don't have it yet you must request it using the expedited process on the membership page ASAP. Fill out the entry form on the AWDF site, print it, and mail it with your entry fee to our secretary:

On-line applications close soon - March 1. Terry Miller will accept entries postmarked no later than March 1. If you wait until the last minute to enter, please email her so she knows that your materials are on the way - her email address is available on the website.
