Annual Bylaws amendment proposals

A number of amendments to the AWMA bylaws are proposed for discussion and possible adoption at this year's General Board meeting at the Nationals in Florida. Two files have been put up on the AWMA web site for your perusal. The first to look at contains brief discussion and rationale for the change along with the specific change proposed. This document is probably enough for most folks; the second is the entire bylaws with the changes shown. The additions are shown in bold and underline, while deletions are shown as a strikethrough. I would be happy to have feedback on any of the proposed changes.
